> You are responsible for reading this before we do anything at all!> Payment upfront through CashApp at this time. Other payment options are available on VGen.> Prices and terms are periodically updated as needed. It will not affect any commission currently in process.> I am not currently offering animations.> Commercial use commissions incur extra fees, as they include certain rights of use.> Complexity also incurs a fee, as time is a constraint.> Backgrounds are a beast of their own, they will not be cheap, and they add a lot of time to the turnaround. You have been warned.> I can give you an approximation, but I cannot guarantee any specific date of completion. If you need something for an occasion, give yourself {and me} time. You must tell me about this before payment so that I am aware before we make any agreements.> You will need to be very clear about what you want. Yes, I am a designer, but no, I will not create something out of nothing. Please come back when you know what you're asking for. Artistic liberty is not the same as having no guidance.> I am not responsible for mistakes resulting from unclear information or undecided changes of the mind.> If you would like to commission something NSFW, you will be required to verify your age. You will also be required to provide proof that your characters are of age.> I will update you at key stages, like sketch, line art, color, etc. Pay close attention to the sketch, I will not make major changes after I begin working on the piece. If it's absolutely necessary, there will be a fee dependent on the amount of time I've already spent and the complexity of the change.> Commissions are completed in the order they are received. An estimated timeline will be discussed before payment.> If you cancel your commission or disappear without a reason, I will allow a partial refund based on the amount of work I've done, but you will be blacklisted. Your commission is considered abandoned after one full week of inactivity/non-response.> I will request an email address so that I can send you the final piece{s}. This is just to ensure that the quality is not sacrificed if sent through a direct message.> I reserve the right to decline a commission, as well as cancel if the need arises. Causes might include poor behavior or uncomfortable turns in the commission that were not made apparent in our agreement.
I will draw:
> OC's, fanart, ref sheets, icons, emotes, stream assets, pfp's, etc.> {minimal experience} mech, creatures, anthro> {with limitations} NSFW
I will NOT draw:
> most fetishes, anything political, hate symbols/speech, anything that throws me a red flag
Copyright and Ownership:
> The artist {that's me!} retains copyright to the artwork unless rights are specifically transferred.> If the characters commissioned are yours, of course you retain the rights to them. I am still owed credit for my work, though.> If your commission is for personal use, you may share it, print it for yourself, use it as an icon etc. You are not, however, permitted to use the piece for merchandise or advertising.> You may not claim that you created it, nor may you use it for AI training or NFT's. Can't believe I have to say this.
Commercial Use:
> The artist {me again!} retains copyright even when commercial usage is licensed. These are two very different things.> Anything intended for commercial use will come at a higher price than work intended for personal use.> I retain the right to use the commissioned piece in a portfolio or for posting.
